LM96163: What’s the LM96163's behavior during POR?

1. Based on the datasheet, it should be PWM output 0x20 with PWM Frequency 0x17 during POR, that means it 70% duty cycle during POR, is it correct?

2. We expected one fixed PWM output during POR and it can trigger TCRUT signal once our ASIC temperture is over the threshold 110 degree, is it possible?

note:

POR sate mean power on reset, but in our application, the reset may be very long or repeatedly, at this state, we only have the power 3.3V input, no I2C input
