DRV5055: Spec of "Sensitivity"

Part Number: DRV5055

Hi,

I have two question.

Q1 : Is the spec of "Sensitivity" in datasheet include "Sensitivity linearity error"?
Q2 : How is the spec of "Sensitivity" in datasheet measured at ATE?

Best regards,
Shimizu

  • Hello Shimizu-san,

Q1. No. "Sensitivity Linearity Error" is an additional error.

Q2. I cannot disclose the exact manufacturing test details but sensitivity is simply the slope of the line connecting the end points of the transfer function. It is calculated by measuring the change in output voltage as the input is changed from the min value to the max value and taking the ratio of the output change to input change.
