Hi I have the same problem with the driver installation in windows 10-how do I go about resolving this?

Welcome to our e2e forum! After installing the software for the SPIO-4, try installing this driver and let us know if it resolves the issue:

e2e.ti.com/.../Signed-NSC_5F00_USB_5F00_v1.0.8.0.zip
