AMC80: The performance of the AMC80 when the INT is active

Part Number: AMC80

Hi team,

I have a question about the status of the AMC80 when the INT is active.

So when the temperature is exceed the limit of AMC80, the AMC80 will issue a INT.

So when the AMC80 issue a INT, will the AMC80 still capture the temperature the update the temperature register value?

Lacey

Thanks a lot!

  • Hello Lacey

When an interrupt occurs due to a temperature crossing a threshold, the temperature register at 0x27 will capture the temperature. However if the MCU takes a long time to read the register, it would get updated with the results of the next conversion value.
