TDC1000: Amplifier with the IC

Part Number: TDC1000

I am using TDC1000 for small singal amplifying. In the test .

I meet some waveform distortion, and I want use EDA tools to simulate it's signal chain on PC .

But there is no SPICE model supplied.

Can anybody give the Part Numbers of other amplifiers ,which have similar performance with the two ones within TDC1000.

Which type of discrete amplifiers can substitute the LNA and PGA in the TDC1000?

Hai Wang,

The TDC1000 is a Ultrasonic Sensing Analog Front End (AFE) for Level Sensing and it does not have a SPICE model.

I use TDC1000 for a 1MHz small signal amplifying, can you recommend me some type of amplifier with single 5V power supply?
