LMT87-Q1: accuracy at 150C

Team,

does the accuracy of LMT87-Q1 at 150C get better than the datasheet max/min spec (+-2.7C based on 6 sigmas) when using stable supply voltage of 5V (+-0.1V)?

If so, is there a way to estimate to what extent?

    Hi Bart,

    Thank you for posting. 

    The datasheet spec of +/- 2.7C is all we can guarantee for the LMT87-Q1 in this case. This includes when using a 5V supply with good stability.

    It is very likely that the accuracy of any individual part would be better, but this spec reflects uncertainties that result from the design and production of the device. It is not predictable beyond what is given in the accuracy table.
