DCA1000EVM: DCA1000 data collection problem

Hi Team,

When using the DCA1000 to collect data according to the official video, customer found that only 16 frames of data could be collected. Customer would like to know how to set up to collect more frames of data?

    Hi Annie,

    Are they using mmwave Studio to capture raw data with DCA1000EVM? You need to provide more info for this. And I would request you to try the same experiment at your end first to find out the issue.

    There is no known issue for limited data capture with DCA1000EVM.

    Hi Jitendra,

    Yes, customer followed the steps in the training video to configure static config, Data config, sensor config and then click DCA1000ARM and then Trigger frame. The last apost_ac acquisition of adc_data.bin is 16 frames. The number of frames collected can also be seen in the matlab interface that appears after PostProc.

    He would like to know how to continuously collect data, how can he configure it?

    Hi Annie,

    You need to setup longer no. of frames or set infinite frame (value '0'). 

    Where DCA1000 captured for 1GB of ADC data per file.
