Compiler/LDC1101: LDC1101

Part Number: LDC1101

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

After setting and taking data using EVM of LDC1101, LDC1101 is connected to this CPU and controlled.
After setting, you can get RP_DATA only the first time. The rest will be 0.

The power supply voltage is 3.3V.
The content of STATUS is 0x1C, but 2 bytes from DATA_LSB (0x21) is 0.
I want to convert and read data continuously. What is the cause?

  • Hello,

    Can you share your schematic and sensor details? It would be very helpful to have the following information:

    1. Rp measurement of your coil at the resonant frequency of your LC tank. See here for instructions.

    2. Oscilloscope captures of your sensor oscillations.

    Best Regards,

  • Thank you very much.
    We will send data using LDC1101EVM.
    There are three types of coils, tests, and capacitors.
    Tested with this circuit with the same content and a voltage of 3.3
    The data cannot be retrieved successfully. Do I need to change the setting by changing the voltage?

  • I'm sorry. It was a malfunction due to a defective new cable. It was confirmed that it works by replacing the cable.
