    Hi PYTsai,

    The TMP175-Q1 does not have a device ID register. This is because it was designed as a pin-to-pin replacement with the old LM75 family of devices, so it's register map is a copy of those.

    The TMP1075 does have a device ID register, however there is no automotive version of that device currently available.
