    Sammi,

    Looking through the TIDA-01187 (LIDAR-Pulsed Time-of-Flight Reference Design Using High-Speed Data Converters) BOM, I found the Osram Opto Semiconductors Q62702P1760 LASER DIODE 905NM 30W RADIAL for LIDAR.

    The TDC7201 is currently supported by the ultrasonic position sensing team, so we do not have any details regarding LIDAR based designs or IRLED brands.
