TMCS1100: output current

Hi,

A "clean" current of 500mA (green) leads to the following output signal of the TMCS100 (yellow). Scope_2.bmp in the attachment. The 100mV jump corresponds to a current jump of 250mA, and this is seen on the Oszi.
The circuit can be seen in the picture TMCS1100A4.jpg. At the input of the ADC there is an RC (100 Ohm / 1nF). The signal does not change either when the output is open or with a load of 10k.

Is there a solution to our problem already? (Filtering in the software may not be possible.)
Are we doing something wrong?

Hey Alen,

Sorry I was waiting to get a little more information from one of our test engineers. Our test engineers confirmed that this unfortunately is normal behavior of the device. Their fix is to do more averaging with a software filter. If that is not an option, then you would need to resort to a very large RC filter. Other than that, I do not currently have a fix for this.
