Hi,

If Vtmp out of TMP300 is unused, is it okay to leave it unconnected? Or is it better to terminate with about 4.7Ω?

    Welcome to the E2E Forum and thanks for posting! 

    The VTEMP pin is high-impedance (210kΩ). The datasheet states that one should avoid loading this pin to prevent degrading the analog out value or trip point, so in your case, leaving it unconnected would be best.
