When the applied magnetic flux density exceeds the BOP threshold, the device outputs a low voltage.
Are there any similar devices that output a high voltage when the applied magnetic flux density exceeds the BOP threshold?
We are wanting a smaller package than SOT-23 as well that is still agonistic to N and S.
We are only looking for N and don't have to worry about the direction of the magnet.

All of the latches will have a similar magnetic response, meaning When the applied magnetic flux density exceeds the BOP threshold, the device outputs a low voltage. Maybe what you are looking for instead is a switch, take a look at the DRV5032:
In page14 of the datasheet, the output of the unipolar versions are described.
For the unipolar options on page 14, they are all push pull.
Do you see any problems with flipping the transistors in the figure below? I know n-mos generally can't pull to a true high and a p-mos generally can't have a true low, but if this is connected to a MCU then the threshold may be able to handle it.
