since there is conflict on BUS address with other devices, customers need us provide the version of Non 4Ch address for TMP451, so how we meet this request, thanks very much!

The TMP451 only has 1 address. The automotive version (TMP451-Q1) has 3 different factory programmed addresses. You may also want to look at the TMP461 which is similar to TMP451, but has two address pins to change the device address.

One more question here, if customer changes to TMP451Q series from TMP451, so the driver shall be the same, right? because the previous version is used by TMP451, The Linux driver is lm90.c. Just make a final verification, thanks!

The TMP451 and TMP451-Q1 are software compatible they would just need to change the I2C address. The lm90 linux driver does look to support TMP451.
