we are testing the LMT01EVM and we got the error message:

may you help to remove the roadblock?

what are we missing here?

yep, I also believe is a driver related issue...

all the necessary adds-on comes along with the GUI, correct?

Hi Vincenzo,

This hardware exposes a USB Serial (COM) port. There shouldn't be a driver to install. I was able to install the LMT01EVM software on a Windows 10 computer which didn't previously have the LabVIEW software installed.

The error message suggests a catastrophic failure of the LabVIEW Runtime. I wouldn't expect this problem to be related to the hardware or driver. My LMT01EVM software is able to launch without the hardware present. The LMT01EVM installer should install the LabVIEW 2010 Runtime. You could try to install this version of the runtime separately to ensure it installed successfully.
