TMP235-Q1: Long-term stability.

Dear TI Support team,

could you please help me with one question.

In the TMP235-Q1 sensor datasheet I was unable to find the measures regarding the long-term stability of the sensor?

Should it be supposed, that max accuracy of ±2.5°C stays in specs for the whole long-term sensor lifetime?

Hi Igor,

It can be supposed that the accuracy of ±2.5°C stays in spec over the lifetime. We haven't characterized the long term stability for the TMP235-Q1. but for other temperature sensors that we have we find that the drift is negligible and in the milli degree C range.

In section 6.5 of the TMP117 datasheet you can find a spec of Long term stability and drift below.
