Hi,

I can't connect to my Eval. board despite the com port installing properly.

Is there something else I need to do?

Hi,

Also I installed the Sensing Solutions EVM GUI and it can connect see image.

But I can't see anything apart from the registers, that is I cannot log data.

Thanks Nicole,

There are so many proposed solutions on the forum that I don't know where to start.

What is working is that the EVM is recognized and the port installed in the device manager.

Also that same port is recognized by the GUI and appears in the top of the GUI.

I would have expected it to work because it is recognized.

I run the GUI as administrator and still no joy.

I also used another laptop with window 10 and no there luck either, here I also installed NI-VISA
