TMP116: Number of samples for drawing Graph on datasheet

Hi Team,

Could you tell me the number of samples taken to draw Fig.3(Temperature Error vs Supply Voltage) in datasheet?
Please share its standard deviation also if you have.

My customer want to know if this data involves process and lot variations also or not.

Hello Takashi-san

The data graph is not for process and lot variations, but only a sample of devices. However due to the high accuracy of the parts as per the datasheet parameters, it can be expected that the profile remains almost the same across devices.

It was a single sample point for the Fig-3

As for the temperature accuracy table, it is across process and lot variation.
