HDC1080: HDC1080 measured result was 9~10% higher than correct value.

There are some details

1.The experimental environment is constant temperature humidity chamber.the humidity measured result was 9~10% higher than correct value.

    Dear aladdin wang61 - 

    the configuration register on the HDC1080 is sixteen bits wide, have you indicated only 4 of them? or is this in hex and your battery is below 2.8VDC?. can you provide all the bit settings?

    for example: default of this register is  0x1000, where the part is set for 14 bit temp and humidity resolution and the temp will be acquired before humidity. 

    also, i don't see an entire schematic here. i would expect the IC to be shown, and perhaps the I2C pullup resistors as well. 

    next, you need to ensure that the devices were handled in accordance with the datasheet and not exposed to any VoCs as well.
