We are excited to launch TI's mmWave IWR6843AOPEVM!
IWR6843AOPEVM leverages IWR6843 with integrated Antenna-on-Package to eliminate RF board design complexity and reduce time to market for RF novice and expert customers. The release is accompanied by several new and updated Industrial mmWave Labs on TI Resource Explorer, and updated TI Designs as detailed below:
IWR6843 intelligent mmWave sensor antenna-on-package (AoP) evaluation module
- The IWR6843 AOP device is supported by MMWAVE-SDK-AOP: mmWave software development kit (SDK) for IWR6843 with antenna on package (AoP)
- The EVM is available for purchase using the request link available on the EVM page.
- The Device data sheet and Errata is provided to users after their EVM request is approved.
mmWave Industrial Toolbox 3.6.0
The IWR6843 AOP EVM is supported by various new and updated Labs in mmWave Industrial Toolbox Release 3.6.0 which is now available on TI Resource Explorer. This release includes the following key updates:
- New: SDK Out of Box Demo Lab for the IWR6843AOPEVM.
- Updated: The 68xx Area Scanner Lab has been updated to support IWR6843AOPEVM.
- Updated: ROS Point Cloud Visualizer Lab has been updated to support IWR6843AOPEM.
- Updated: Autonomous Robotics for ROS with mmWave Lab updated to support IWR6843AOPEVM.
