Could you provide a little more information about your setup and configuration so we can better assist your question? Are you trying to communicate with multiple PGA300 devices at the same time over OWI, or setting up some larger calibration system?

Please find our requirement below
Application: Medical and industrial
Output:4 to 20mA for Industrial & OWI communication output for medical application
based on our requirement I have following doubts:-
1)I want to know PGA300 can able send output through OWI (on power line).
2)If possible do OWI,how many PGA300 can able to connect single bus.
Note: current output we don't have any doubt, only we need know whether can able to use OWI on power line

The PGA300 will work well for the 4-20mA portion of your application.
The OWI can be used to read the ADC output, but the values will not be compensated. The device needs to be in shutdown/reset during the OWI access so any production operation will be halted during this operation. The intended use of OWI is to provide a simple one-wire interface to read and write registers during factory calibration. The OWI is really not intended to be used as a production output.
