One of my customers is considering using TMCS1101 for their new control board of three phase motor.
The customer has the following questions about the device.
Could you please give me your reply?
Q1. Is there any concern to use TMCS1101 for monitoring of three phase motor current?
Q2. Can TMCS1101 be inserted between low side of IGBT and GND?

There shouldn't be a concern using the TMCS1101 in this type of application. In fact, we give an example setup of this application in figure 56 of the datasheet, and discuss design requirements of such a system in section 10.2:
As for question 2, the working voltage of this device is allowable between -600V and 600V, so this implementation should be fine. I would review section 7.8 of the datasheet to ensure the customer meets the safety requirements for this application.
