Cannot send private message

Hello

Today, I accept incoming friend request & want to write to that person. I made all, as in a related question.

But when I press send, I get the message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "e2e.ti.com/.../conversation on this server.

Reference #18.25941160.1549018056.1bb2cac

How can I connect to that person?

Can you try again? I see you have 1 connection, to Paula Carrillo. Everything looks fine with the connection.

You are right about the target person.

I tried again & receive a similar message with another reference code: #18.25941160.1549025677.232877a

As I see, it still not working for me.

Is there anything special bout your setup? Can you try clearing your cache and logging back in and trying. Or try in a private browser window? Your account looks fine from my end.

Hi ALex,

When you log in, do you see the TI Cookie Policy and click to accept? If using IE as browser, until this pop-up gets displayed and you agree, you will not be able to access any non-TI websites, which includes E2E. I only see this pop-up when using IE, and it is not consistent, sometimes I have to close the browser, re-open, and then the pop-up will appear and I can Agree, then all is well.

I have never seen the pop-up, nor needed it, if using Chrome.

No, there is nothing special setup (as I see). In private browser mode that exception repeats. I'm using Ubuntu 16.04.5 x64 with Firefox 65.0 x64.

I resolved it with sending "Test" message to the required person (from private browser mode) and then, when dialog starts, I send the required message.
