Hi, for the past week (roughly) I've been unable to access TI.com from my Chrome browser (I'm using Edge just now but I'd rather not). All accesses I've tried have produced
Any ideas? The Get Support button doesn't help in this case!
Can you try clearing your cache completely and/or see if you can access the site from an incognito chrome window? Sometimes cached errors can cause issues with the login process. Also, the image doesn't show up in your initial post. Try using the Insert/Edit Media function in the editor toolbar to attach it.

Thanks Bill! The picture was "We've encountered some resistance". I could access through an incognito window, and now I have cleared cache for the last seven days, I seem to be able to access OK through a normal window. All the best
