Can't open my previous case after changing my email address.

Hello!

I asked a question at Customer support center. I had got a piece of advise to go with link https://e2e.ti.com/p/addpost .

I did it.

But I saw the error "non-corporative email address".

I changed my email address to corporative one. And I managed to open TI E2E™ support forums. I had asked my question, and everything is good.

BUT when I receive replyes to my previous cases (in my previous email box), I can't open the cases with the link. I see the error "Requested record not found".

However I had managed to open them yesterday (they were avaliable only short period of time).

I do not know, why it happens. So I can't reply now to the people.

Please, help me.
