How to register TI's account

Hi,

There is NO register link on TI's website. Please refer to the attachment for details. How to register new account?

    Hi Kevin, I'm not sure I understand. The fact that you posted this message implies that you have a myTI account already. If you are asking how to register a new account, goto my.ti.com and enter new information in the registration form.

    I have TI account, but our customer doesn't have TI account. After launching TI's website, there is 'login/register' link. But after clicking this link, there is NOT register entry. So our customer can NOT register his own account. You can try this on TI's website.
    Please help.

    If I go to ti.com and click the login/register link in the top right corner, I get a screen with a login forum on the left and a registration form in the center (see image below).  Is that not what the customer is seeing?

    No, the customer can NOT see the "register entry". There is just "login" entry. So it's very strange. It means that we can NOT register new TI account. We are in China. Could you please give me additional information about this issue?

    I have honestly never seen this issue before. I'd suggest completely clearing the browser cache and trying again. Or, try with a private/incognito browser window.
