Hi,
Could you please give me your help to select multiplexer and duplexer?
My customer, is looking for 1:2 1bit multiplexer/duplexer.
- 1:2, 1bit multiplexer / duplexer
- Vdd=3.3V, I/O = 5.5V input/output
Thank you,
Regards,
Sandesh
Hi,
Unfortunately, we don't have a 2:1 1 channel device that supports input voltage beyond the rails, however there are several options for low voltage muxes that do support beyond the rail inputs with different configurations that are easily implemented.
TMUX1575: 2:1 4 channel, VDD(max) of 3.6V, VI/O of VDD x 2, low on cap (less cost effective)
TMUX 1574: 2:1 4 channel, VDD(max) of 3.6V, VI/O of VDD x 2 (more cost effective)
TMUX1072: 2:1 2 channel, VDD(max) of 5V, VI/O up to 5.5V (independent of VDD)
SN74CB3Q3253: 4:1 2 channel, VDD(max) of 3.6V, VI/O up to 5.5V (independent of VDD)
Unused logic pins should be grounded with an option 50 ohm resistor, and unused signal pins may be left floating, unless used in a high speed application in which the pin should be grounded.
Take a look at this TIPL video on what to do with unused pins:
