TMUX1108: Ron device to device variation

Hello team,

Could you let me know a part number which has lowest variation among devices?

Supply voltage is ok with 5V or above.

I tentatively picked up TMUX1108 because it may be good for thermistor application but if you have other good devices please let me know.

    Hey Taketo,

    We don't spec the device to device variation. This will be mainly due to fabrication but we do spec the max range that the max resistance can be which would encompass the device to device variation. That being said, the TMUX1108 would probably be your best bet here. The RON max is only 1.5ohms off of the typically and the channel to channel matching is very close per same device (0.13ohms typical). Is a 8:1 multiplexer needed? TMUX1104 is another 4:1 that would offer the same functionality as well.
