TS3V713EL: Pin out definition

Part Number: TS3V713EL

Hi Experts,

Our customer is requesting if can we share the pin out definition for TS3V713ELRTGR.
We cannot find pin function in datasheet. Customer also wants to know if the pin is pin-out or pin-in.
I hope you can help us. Thank you.

Kind regards,
Gerald

  • Hi Gerald,

Page 3 of the datasheet has a good diagram showing how the non-supply pins are used. The majority of the pins are signal pins for the seven 2:1 switches. The pins highlighted in red are passive, bidirectional signal pins and the ones highlighted in blue are unidirectional driven pins. SEL is the logic control input. The remaining pins on the device are VDD, VDD_5, GND, and no connect (N.C.).

    Thanks,
    Tyler
