TS5A3359: TS5A3359 INO(pwroff) and INO(off) leakage current

Hi team,

I noticed that INO(pwroff) leakage current is much larger than INO(off) leakage current, why is that?

INO(off) means NO and COM is off, and the INO(pwroff) means ts3a3359 not power supply, right?

Another question，

Why is the maximum leakage current written in the 5V measurement parameters in the TS5A3159 specification, but not in the 3V3 measurement parameters?

Hi Kevin,

For the first question (TS5A3359), you are correct. INO(off) is when the switch is off and the INO(pwroff) is when the device is powered off. The increased leakage is from the powered off protection feature's architecture.

For the second question (TS5A3159), this is an older device and the engineers at the time may have been limited by measurement capability at the production site. We would expect that the leakage at 3.3V is lower than 5V so this could be why only a typical is listed.
