Hi ! I might need to use SN74HC4851QPWRQ1 instead of SN74HC4851PWR.

What is the difference ? Is it only that ..QPWRQ1... is automotive qualified ? 

I saw NIPDAU vs NIPDAU / SN on lead plating.

    Hey Anders,

    You've highlighted the main differences here. Looks like there is some lead finish differences (although looks like if you purchase the tubes vs reels you'll get NIPDAU only) and the Q1 will be automotive qualified, so it goes through some extra screening. 
    Electrically and functionally speaking though, the devices are effectively the same and you shouldn't notice a variation if you replace the device with the automotive device.
