On pages 25-26 of the datasheet, there is a description "SOLDER PASTE EXAMPLE".
In this case, what kind of materials (solder paste, etc.) are you specifically considering?
For example, it is expect a solder paste with a Sn particle size of 25um to 35um for a 0.1mm thick mask?
Or it is assumed the grain size of Sn is 15um to 25um (for 0402 chip size)?
Are there any prerequisites for those materials, which you describe as EXAMPLE?
Could you please let me know if you have any recommendations of the solder materials.
