TS5A22364: Audio Signals

Part Number: TS5A22364

Is TS5A22364 the best analog switch for switching between 2 separate audio preamplifier signals individually into a 3-way electronic crossover that goes to 3 audio amplifiers.

Also do you know when these analog switches will be available.
Thank you

  • Hey Martyn,

Are you using the mux for only the audio switching phase? This should be fine as the TS5A22364 can handle audio signals. As long as you meet the frequency, voltage and current limits listed in the datasheet, the device can support it so I'd recommend double checking if the signals you're working for are in spec. I would expect with low frequency and voltage analog audio signals you should meet spec.
Also be aware when designing that the unselected signal path here will be pulled strongly to gnd (25-50ohms)

I'm seeing inventory right now on the product page under the "ordering & quality" section.

    Thanks,
    Rami
