TS5A3167: Need some more information about Inc (OFF) for TS5A3167.

Hello TI support,

We intend to use TS5A3167 to switch 2.5V supply to peripherals on other side in battery application. We need information on Inc/ Icom (OFF) leakage current when Vnc/ Vcom are from 0 to 2.5V for VCC=2.5V condition. The current values are just specified for 1V/ 3V. Please see attached.

    Hello Jagdish, 

    The leakage when Vcc = 2.7 is specified across the entire range. So when the datasheet states 1V to 3V  VNC/VCOM we can see that the leakage is about 50 na.

    You could get this data by modeling this device in a ibis model as a simple rc circuit. 

    Here is a good FAQ that can give you step by step instructions of how to get the data you need  using the ibis model online or by modeling it yourself in ibis.
