Good day,TI expert.
I have problem with CD4053B.I find out it always connnet with X side and can't switch to Y side with Truth Table.
I have tried to set INH first or set ABC first.It didn't work.
My circuit as follow:
Mybe I have missed something?
VAJ:11.41V;
DC:4.15V;
IN:0V;
INH:0.001V
ABC: High_to 3.307V,Low_to 0.002V
VEE,VSS:0V
These all voltages I measure.
Thanks for your reply.
The A/B/C voltages are much too low; you are supposed to use VDD as high level. Use the TMUX4053 instead.
For the marking, see ti.com/packaging/en/docs/partlookup.tsp?partmarking=CM053B.
So what should I set VDD, 5V or 3.3V like "CD4051B typical application" in the picture to match A/B/C voltages?
I set VDD 5V,it work normally.
I have a questions,where I can find the table which show the relationship of A/B/C voltages and VDD ?
It almost confused me two days.
Thanks for your sugguestions and reply.
The VIH input High Voltage not just for the X,Y,X or Y pin?
And I set ABC 3.3V it higher than VIL MAX,lower than VIH MIN.Will CD4053B work unstably and something wrong?
The VIH specification applies only to the control inputs. The data I/Os are unbuffered analog switches and work with any voltage.
For voltages between VIL and VIH, correct operation is not guaranteed.
You said "The data I/Os are unbuffered analog switches and work with any voltage".
But when I set Vdd 5V and 22V in one data I/O,I could just get 5.3V in the other side data I/O.
Does it go wrong?
Or Vdd voltage have a relationship with data I/O voltage?
Thanks for your reply.
The I/O voltages must not go above VDD or below GND. I meant any voltage in this range.
