[Case:639538]Technical Data Inquiry

SiliconExpert is contracted by our customer to work with their suppliers for accuracy and compliance purposes.

As the part number "LM239PWRE4" is valid on datasheet "">download.siliconexpert.com/.../slcs006.pdf" could we consider it as Obsolete?
As the part number SN74LV4053APWRE4 is valid on datasheet "">download.siliconexpert.com/.../scls430k.pdf" could we consider it as Obsolete?
As the part number INA2137UA/2K5E4 is valid on datasheet "">download.siliconexpert.com/.../ina137.pdf" could we consider it as Obsolete?
  • The INA2137‍UA/2K5E4 and INA2137UA/2K5 are the same; see [FAQ] Why does a logic device's part number have an E4/G4 suffix?

The LM239PWRE4 is the same as the LM239‍PWRG4, and the SN74LV4053APWRE4 is the same as the SN74LV4053A‍PWRG4. The LM239PWR and SN74LV4053APWR are made at multiple assembly sites, some of which use NiPdAu lead finish, and some of which use Sn lead finish. If you want a guarantee that you always get the NiPdAu lead finish, then you must buy the -G4 version, but note that the LM239‍PWRG4 and SN74LV4053A‍PWRG4 are in the "last time buy" status.

  • Hello!

In addition to what Clemens said  the SN74LV4053APWR is not obsolete and will be available to buy.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

    Regards,

    Kameron
