On ti.com, the CD74HC4053M96 lead finish / ball material is listed as 'NIPDAU | SN'. Is it possible to only order this P/N with only the NIPDAU finish, not SN?

Understood. Unfortunately the CD74HC4053M96G4 is LTB, and the goal is to find an active alternative for the CD74HC4053M. What do you recommend?

Hello Stephen,

The CD74HC4053M96G4 is being replaced by our newer device, the TMUX4053 which does come only with a NIPDAU finish.

Without the SOIC package, the TMUX4053 is not P2P.

Does that mean the CD74HC4053M96 will have some lead in the finish?

Can you provide a RoHS certificate and material breakdown of the device?
