Could you please help me confirm the meaning of the first line on the physical marking of this model

    Hey yingjiao,

    The top line is mostly manufacturing information for TI to be able to track site and lot locations for the device but the first two digits will be the your and month code.
    The first digit is the last digit of the year the device was manufactured. So 3 probably is 2023 here. Then the second digit is the month. Starting from 1 is January through September is 9 then October, November December are A, B, C. So here This would be made in February.

    The last five digits are lot and site codes for internal use.

    So it's YMLLLLL where Y is year , M is month and L is lot or site code.
