TS3A4741: VIL and VIH inquire

Part Number: TS3A4741
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX1575

Hi Team,

may we know the VIL and VIH voltage value when V+ 2.5v? becasue the specification not marked.

there are only 1.8v and 3v specification.

In addition,  could help if there any recommend part number for the MUX switch as below specification?

1. 2:1 SPDT tiny packages

2. input/ output pin 1.2v signal

3. VIH>0.58, VIL<0.41V

4. VCC=2.5V

  • Hi Tommy,

In these cases we suggest using linear interpolation so 1.2V would be the VIH level and 0.45V for a VIL level for a 2.5V supply.

For the device recommendation, do you mean you want a VIH level that is minimum 0.58V and a VIL level that is maximum 0.41V? At a 2.5V supply, I don't believe we have any devices that satisfy this condition. Have you seen a competitor part that has these specs? Please let me know if I'm misunderstanding here.

Aside from this, I'd recommend one of our low voltage 2:1 devices in a DSBGA package like the TMUX1575.

    Regards,

    Alex

  • Hi Alex,

    ok~got it.
