The datasheet says that "C6N" is a valid marking.

Do you have any specific doubts?

Hi Tony,

Like Clemens mentioned, C6N is valid device marking per the datasheet. Internal resources also show that this topside marking is correct, with the first 3 digits relating to year, month and lot sequence.
