TMUX1511: Ton and Toff VS Temperature

I would like to know the change of 10℃ interval of TMUX1511 (DVDD = 3.3V -40~125℃).
Datasheet from Ttransition VS Temperature is present in Datasheet, but the Temperature impact of Ton/Toff could not be verified.

Hi Jeahun,

Can you help clarify what temperature you are wanting to know Ton/Toff specs for? I can help provide some data points for -40C, 25C, 85C or 125C. We do not have characterization data for temperature's in between these intervals.

Hi Jeahun,

See below for typical values at each temp. Please note these times can still vary within a defined window of X microseconds per the datasheet. These are values from characterization data of 3 units.

	-40C	25C	85C	125C
Ton	~22us	~20us	~16us	~15us
Toff	~1.2us	~1.2us	~1.2us	~1.2us
