Could you please check it ?
* When user set "ENn" pin to "High", then all COMx pins become Hi-z.
(This case is direction of NCx or NOx pins are input.)

Yes, the truth table in the datasheet confirms that the switches will be off.
Check out this e2e thread to show you how to calculate the impedance of the switch in the off state by using the data in the electrical specifications table. This will show you that the device in the off state exhibits Hi-Z state.
