TS3USB221 PSRR?

Hello,

Our customer uses the TS3USB221, has a question.

How about the PSRR characteristic of this device?

I think that the power supply have no impact on signal integrity.

    Correct, the power supply will have little impact on signal integrity but it is always good practice to place a bypass capacitor close to the ICs power supply pin.

    Like most of TI signal switches the TS3USB221 signal path is a simple pass FET from the drain to the source. Since this signal path is not buffered, we do not specify the PSRR in the datasheet or expect there to be much impact on signal integrity.

    How much noise is on your power supply that you are concerned about? Is this for a USB2.0 application?

    How much the value of the bypass capacitor? 0.1uF?

    Yes, a 0.1uF bypass capacitor is fine for the TS3USB221 device.
