Jason, the 853S202A is a high bandwidth (3GHz) differential 12:2 mux. TI does not have an equivalent device. TS3DV642 supports 12 high-bandwidth differential inputs, but does not have the same configuration as the 85S3202A.
Please also take a look at DS25CP104 as well. They can consider using 4 of these device to make up a 12:1 mux. Advantage of this low cost solution is the fact we spread the concentration of high frequency signals - making layout less dense. Also, this device has signal conditioning - if needed.
