It is not listed.
Please tell me the range of absolute maximum ratings.

    The IN pin is a high-impedance CMOS input, so the specification of a current in the absolute maximum rating implies that there are ESD protection diodes.

    The recommended operating conditions allow only the range from ground to VCC. If you exceed these limits (by more than about 0.5 V), one of these dioses becomes forward biased, and a current flows. As long as this current is limited to 30 mA, the voltage at the pin does not matter.
