TS5N118: Drop-In Replacement for TS5N118DBQR

I'm looking for a drop-in replacement of TS5N118DBQR. I need nearly the full rail-to-rail range, so the SN74CBT3251 which chops off part of the signal on one side will not work (probably due to being NFET pass transistors with no bootstrapping). TS5N118DBQR seems like a great replacement, but it isn't available from basically anywhere (I assume it was replaced?)

What is the part number for the drop-in replacement for the TS5N118DBQR?

Usage Needed Specs:

Supply: -2.5V to 2.5V
Analog Input: -2.4 to 2.4

On resistance doesn't matter much as long as it is small, the existing design has buffers in-place that can compensate for a wide range of resistances.

    I'm not certain of your request.  The TS5N118 device is available to order so if it is a great replacement for your system you may use it.  However, the usage needed specs you list the TS5N118 will not support (Supply: -2.5V to 2.5V Analog Input: -2.4 to 2.4) are only supported if you adjust the Vih min (-0.5 V) and Vil max (-1.7 V) levels of the control logic to be referenced to -2.5 V instead of 0V.

    You may like to choose the TMUX1108 device that will support your voltage requirements without having to adjust the Vih and Vil thresholds.
