Hi, Team,
My customer have a question for TS5A22362YZPR package.
For datasheet page 22, 1pin Quadrant is Q2. It seems that Q1. Could you please double check this? The packaging marking is A3, right?
Best Regards,
Satoshi Yone

Satoshi-san,
The TS5A22362 you are referencing is in a BGA package with alphanumeric ball names. This means there isn't a "pin 1" for this type of device. The ball indicator for this device is on top of ball A3. The ball indicator for ball A3 is going to be in quadrant 2 as you see in the photo above. This means ball A1 is in quadrant 1.
The tape and reel information in the datasheet uses a stock template that has the heading "pin 1" but should more arcuately read " package indicator marking quadrant" to accommodate both numerical pin names and alphanumeric ball names.
Thank you,
Adam
