TS3USB30: TS3USB30ERSWR chip fuctional failure after download SW or RF calibration

K-Free Technology Limited uses the SPDT switch of TI: TS3USB30ERSWR,
And there are about 6% of the functional failure problems in the PCBA downloading software and the RF calibration station.
The hardware design schematic is such as the attachment,please check that whether the design is reasonable.
In addition, after the failure of the SPDT, the performance of the SPDT is abnormal, mainly in the following cases:
1.After power-up, the chip has a leakage of about 20 mA. The analog switch is always in communication with one channel and cannot be switched to another channel; (the majority of the poor)
