Does TS5A3160DCKR has better performance than TS5A3159DCKR?
From Datasheet, TS5A3160DCKR ton/toff is faster and the price is relatively low.
The parameter I think will cause TS5A3159DCKR price higher than TS5A3160DCKR is the On state leakage current.
TS5A3160DCKR: 0.1 uA
TS5A3159DCKR: 0.04 uA
Is this parameter caused the price gap? Or there are some other reasons? (e.g. new process technology?)
