hi Team,

my customer is checking if TI has device similar to the MUX1247/SC70

but with VCC ad Vin support up to 12V

i did quick check on TI.com but had no luck, can we have your recommandations?

There are indeed no SC-70 switches above 5 V.

Something like the TS12A12511 would work only if the footprint is not a strict requirement.

Hi John,

TI doesn’t have a SPDT in a SC70 package with a Vcc or Vin that supports 12V. I recommend on using the TS12A12511. TS12A12511 is a 12-V, 2:1 (SPDT), 1-channel analog switch.
